Aim and Objectives of the Wing

When we preach the word of God and His glory among people of all sections of society, we have come to know that some anti-social elements always treat our churches, pastors and church members with aloofness. And many of our pastors or their church members have been tried to be harmed in this way. And even today in our country, our churches are targeted by anti-Christ’s. In such a situation, when we go to file a police report, or meet the collector and other officers, or the victims register a complaint against those anti-social elements, then instead of helping those victims, those officers join hands with those anti-social elements and chase away our servants, or get false cases registered against them and send them to jail. In this situation, what should be said about those helpless priests and their families and members of the church, because, as you all know, our ministers being the people who always want peace and harmony, when any kind of injustice is done to them, they do not see any other way except tolerating it. Because, they do not know where to go next, how the law can help them, and how to get rid of those corrupt officers or government representatives, or what rights have been given to them by the constitution, and due to not knowing all this, they feel helpless and frustrated. For this reason, ERID has prepared ERID-ANTI CORRUPTION AND HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION WING with the aim of providing legal aid and constitutional rights to its own people and to the people of other communities, to promote social security and harmony and to get rid of those anarchist elements, so that we can contribute in building a healthier India by working with the people of our country and the governmental anticorruption and human rights organizations of the country in providing service and protection to the society under the registration of ERID. The members of this wing will be the pastors and church people associated with ERID, so that our legal team gives training in every church on human rights and how to fight corruption. The people of this wing will be responsible for preparing small groups in different states and providing them training about their constitutional rights and providing humanitarian legal aid and advice. Its aim is not at all to make this a way of earning money. Rather, ERID is striving hard to promote social justice, social welfare and to eliminate the harm caused by anti-social elements. So let's join hands together and help those hopeless and lonely people of the society by giving them a new light and fight the legal battle against those anarchist elements. The members of ERID-ANTI CORRUPTION AND HUMAN RIGHTS WING will be those churches whom our pastors know personally and such people who can help in providing training classes on constitutional rights to themselves and fellow pastors and churches. In every training, there will be a local chief guest decided by us who will also include law enforcers like government officials and advocates, police personnel officers, doctors and other exgovernment officers.
