We welcome all faiths to create an intellectually rigorous,

Episcopal Revival International established with the purpose of helping the servants of God in their ministries through the laws of government as well as the spiritual upliftment to the people who are in need. Several ministers’ of God serving the Lord in different parts of our country and abroad, but many of them are not having the awareness of the laws and regulations of our country as well as many of them do not have even the license .

License: in India, the Indian Christian Act which is established in 1872 , through the laws of Supreme Court and which is executed in every state governments through the publication on gusset.

Many are not aware of the Act of Episcopal, but according to the Act of 1872, Indian laws are not permitting a person to do any type of God’s ministry without having the Episcopal Ordination.

It is quite clear that the Supreme Court had been executed the Christian bylaws by the help of the Church of England and later it became the Indian Christian Act -1872 and Indian Christian Marriage Act – 1872. In India the Christian works and ministries are permitted to function only through the Indian Christian Act–1872. There is an important subject noted in this bylaw. “Those who have the Episcopal Ordination are permitted to conduct the ministries such as marriage, burial etc.” INDIAN CHRISTIAN ACT 1872, BIRTH ACT 14 & 15 VICT. C. 40 & 58 GEO. 111C 48 & INDIAN ACT 5 OF 1852 & 5 OF 1865. We ought to follow the laws of the government. Everyone must have the Episcopal Ordination. But it is not easy to get. Because most of the churches, fellowships and worship centers are in the trust registration or the society registration. These cannot bring the churches under such registration. Therefore, if anyone has the Episcopal Ordination must be permitted to conduct the marriage burial ceremony according to the Indian Christian Act – 1872. Otherwise they have to get special permission from the government to conduct the marriage and burial services according to the Indian Christian Act – 1872 Part (19). The Ordination from the Pentecostal Churches is not recognized by the Indian Christian Act – 1872. Therefore, if anyone complaints against you that you are conducting any ministry such as marriage and burial without the Episcopal Ordination or license you ought to undergo through the imprisoned and paying penalty according to the Indian Christian Act – 1872 (193) PC (45 of 1860). Even a Police Constable can charge the case against you under the section 205. It is quite evident that the government rules and regulations are not favor to us. And the governments are keep on changing, persecutions are increasing. Most of the problems derived from our selves only due to the lack of awareness. So we all have to ready to uplift the values of Christ’s teachings and do effort to extend it up to the unreached. We are not the subject of divided but we are unique in our task. We should have the mutual respect and to be the real follower of Christ. We cannot see the equality everywhere, but we are one in Christ, as Christ said; “I in them and you in me, that they may become completely one, so that the world may know that you have sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” (John. 17:23). God will much pleasure if we able to fulfill this. Its big mistake that many of the ministers do not have the license which is issued by the government according to the Indian Christian Act-1872. In order to understand this, try to know about the Indian Christian Act – 1872. This act is established by the Church of England. The Indian laws allowed a person to do the ministries one who received the Episcopal Ordination according to the article (5)1. Unfortunately many independent and mainline churches do not have this power to exercise. As Apostle Peter said: “For the Lord sake accept the authority of every human institution, whether the emperor as supreme” (1 Peter. 2:13).

So, be always awaken; we do not worry by hearing the word ‘Episcopal’. Because it is our unawareness. As Paul said; “The saying is sure: whoever aspires to the office of the bishop desires a noble task” (1Timothy. 3:1). The word Episcopal derived from the Greek word ‘EPISKOPOS’ which means “Overseer of a Christian Church, Elder, Superintendent, Church Bishop” etc. The Indian Government is accepting only the Episcopal Ordination. Therefore, whoever does the ministry must be ordained according to the Indian Christian Act – 1872. Most of the orthodox churches have the recognition of Episcopal ordination, but it is quite evident that few people are accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour and became separate themselves from the orthodox background and do God’s ministry do not have the protection of Episcopal laws. Because from where they get the biblical education and graduation do not have the right to give the Episcopal Ordination and protection of Episcopal laws. Therefore, the servants of God do not forget that you are ought to the laws of government. First: we must educate according to the laws of government and ordained by the Episcopal Ordination. An Episcopal diocese can only upgrade the servant of God in his ministry. Secondly: A servant of God must be received the Episcopal Ordination with the master degree called Master of Divinity (M.Div). Those who have this ordination can conduct the marriage ceremony according to the law. They have the right to issue the certificate such as MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, DEATH CERTIFICATE, BAPTISM CERTIFICATE, RELIGION CERTIFICATE etc. not only that they will get the permission from the government to build the churches.
